Stress is an integral part of our lives. If not managed carefully, it leads to different problems like irritability, frustration, bodily pains, headaches and frequent arguments at the workplace. The Less stressful organizational environment would yield benefits in terms of enhancing productivity and retention rate while reducing burnout rate and sick leaves. Our workshop would cover the stress management via identifying major stressors and then breaking down the stress myth. It would involve experiential learning exercises to manage stress and would equip participants with a toolkit that they can use at the time of stress and could manage it effectively without giving their control to the stressors.
