The aim of CPIA (Certified Production & Inventory Analyst) certification is to provide state of the art knowledge and skills to aspirants in the domains of Production and Inventory Analysis. Operating within a manufacturing and operations environment and having control over the wide range of manufacturing activities that take place within a typical manufacturing or process industry is a competitive advantage in today’s dynamic economy. Gaining this competitive advantage requires being able to identify the various operations within manufacturing and operations, and in turn recognizing the need to initiate and implement a number of continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operating costs and increase throughput. This program covers the role of manufacturing and operations in the 21st century, how manufacturing forms the “engine” of the supply chain, the role of planning and scheduling in manufacturing, the various manufacturing strategies and engineering materials, and the materials management and industrial engineering support functions. Each presents a challenge to those who are engaged in the field of manufacturing and operations. This certification is perfect for those who want to get themselves skilled in production and inventory control.

Participants are required to appear in online proctored final examination to get CPIA. At least 60% marks are required to pass the final examination, which entails 100 MCQs to be completed in 180 minutes. If any participant is not successful in the first attempt then second attempt, within a month, is given free of charge. Any other attempts after second attempt costs participant another US$250.

SIMULATION GAME: This certification is also augmented with two rounds of Inchainge simulation ‘The Fresh Connection’.              

SCHEDULE: This program is broken into 8 sessions over 8 contiguous weeks. Each session will be delivered twice per week on Saturdays & Sundays from 03:00 pm to 06:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time).
